Craniosacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy

What is CranioSacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hand-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. CST complements the body’s natural healing processes and is performed with the client fully clothed and lying on a massage table.

The Shamanic approach introduces the client to another level of perception and works with intention, meditative use of the inner eye, inner ear, and the empathic heart to communicate and heal the physical, emotional, mental, astral and spiritual bodies. The high art of healing works on a multi-dimensional level allowing for the healing of spirit, mind, and body. The individual is holistically regarded so that we can address the underlying cause of disease rather than symptoms.
